Who we are

Lenseo is an SEO analytics platform built for photographers. It is operated by Creative Supply Ltd (info@thedesignspace.co). When you use Lenseo, you are trusting us with data about your website's performance. We take that seriously.

What data we collect

We collect the following information when you register and use Lenseo:

• Account information — your name, email address, and photography business name, provided during sign-up.
• Website URL — the URL of your photography website, used to identify your Google Search Console and Analytics properties.
• Google Search Console data — search queries, page performance, click-through rates, impressions, and ranking positions for your website. This data is read-only; we never make changes to your Search Console.
• Google Analytics 4 data — session counts, traffic sources, landing page performance, and engagement metrics for your website. This data is read-only.
• OAuth tokens — access and refresh tokens issued by Google, used to retrieve your data on your behalf. These are stored securely and never shared.

How we use your data

• To populate your SEO dashboard with your website's performance data.
• To generate AI-powered insights and recommendations about your search performance. These insights are produced using the Anthropic Claude API. Your data is sent to Anthropic solely for the purpose of generating your insights and is not used to train AI models.
• To identify SEO opportunities, keyword cannibalism, and content gaps specific to your site.
• To send you product updates and SEO tips, if you opted in during registration. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services required to operate Lenseo:

• Supabase — our database provider, used to store your account information and website performance data securely.
• Vercel — our hosting provider, used to run the Lenseo application.
• Anthropic — used solely to generate AI insights from your data. Data is processed transiently and not retained by Anthropic for training purposes.
• Google — your data is retrieved from Google's APIs on your behalf using the permissions you grant during sign-up.

Google API scopes we request

During sign-up, we request the following permissions from your Google account:

• Google Search Console (read-only) — to retrieve search performance data for your website.
• Google Analytics 4 (read-only) — to retrieve traffic and engagement data for your website.

We request only the minimum permissions needed. We never write to, modify, or delete any data in your Google accounts. You can revoke access at any time via your Google account permissions page.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove your personal information and website data within 30 days. Some anonymised, aggregated data may be retained for product improvement purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email us at info@thedesignspace.co. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

Your data is stored in an encrypted database. OAuth tokens are stored securely and transmitted only over HTTPS. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information, though no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
