About Lenseo

Lenseo is an SEO analytics platform designed for photographers. It is operated by Creative Supply Ltd (info@thedesignspace.co). By creating an account and using Lenseo, you agree to these terms.

Your account

To use Lenseo you must sign in with a Google account and grant access to your Google Search Console and Google Analytics data. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your dashboard password secure.
• Ensuring you have the right to connect the Google properties you link to your account.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

What we provide

Lenseo provides a dashboard that reads and displays your website's search and analytics data, along with AI-generated insights and recommendations. We aim to provide accurate and useful information, but:

• We do not guarantee that data shown is always complete, accurate, or up to date.
• AI-generated insights are suggestions only — they are not professional SEO advice.
• We are not responsible for any business decisions made based on the information shown in your dashboard.

Google data

We access your Google Search Console and Google Analytics data solely to provide your Lenseo dashboard. We request read-only access and never make changes to your Google properties. You can revoke our access at any time via your Google account permissions page. Revoking access will prevent your dashboard from syncing new data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Lenseo for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Lenseo platform.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from your dashboard beyond normal use.

Availability

Lenseo is currently in beta. We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of any significant changes where possible.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and code within Lenseo is owned by Creative Supply Ltd. Your website data remains yours — we do not claim any ownership over the data we retrieve on your behalf from Google.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Supply Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lenseo. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
